‘Our firms share a commitment to excellence, integrity and highly personalized representation.’
Two Gulf Coast law firms have joined forces to form a single organization that serves most of Southwest Florida and beyond.
The Diamond Law Firm of St. Petersburg and the Laird A. Lile firm of Naples have merged to form Diamond & Lile. Both firms have long specialized in Florida trusts and estates along the Gulf Coast for years. While the two firms are based on the West Coast of Florida, their expertise and experience in estate planning and fiduciary litigation extend statewide.
Leadership from both firms will remain at the forefront of the new organization. Sandra Diamond and Laird Lile will continue in key roles, joined by attorneys Ben Diamond, Rachel Barlow, Langdon Lile and Marguerite Mills.
“This merger brings together attorneys who share exceptionally high standards of legal counsel and a deep commitment to client service,” Laird Lile said.
“Sandra and Ben Diamond are among the most respected attorneys in their field, and I have admired their judgment, intellect and contributions to the profession for many years. Establishing Diamond & Lile allows us to build upon our distinguished statewide practices while preserving the personal attention, discretion and responsiveness our clients value.”
Laird Lile brings decades of experience to the new firm. He served nine consecutive terms on the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar and previously chaired the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
“Laird has earned an exceptional reputation as both an attorney and a leader in Florida’s trusts and estates community,” said Sandra Diamond. “Our firms share a commitment to excellence, integrity and highly personalized representation. Diamond & Lile creates a stronger platform from which to serve clients across Florida and to address increasingly complex legal needs with greater depth and perspective.”
Sandra Diamond handles wills, trusts and estates and also has deep professional roots in the Sunshine State. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, serves on the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar, and is a past Chair of the Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
