The largest consumer sushi festival in the country is making its way back to New York City this fall.

Sushi-Con 2026 is back and bigger than ever on Oct. 11, moving over to Pier 36 (299 South St.) for the first time, allowing the festival to spread out and have even more fun. Hosted by True World Foods and Noble Fresh Cart, the one-day-only event features more than 60 international and domestic exhibitors for ticket holders to sample.

“The excitement surrounding Sushi-Con continues to grow every year, reflecting the increasing popularity of sushi and Japanese cuisine across the United States,” said Alex Choi, CEO of True World Group and President of Noble Fresh Cart. “This year’s event brings together an even broader domestic and international lineup of exhibitors, world-class restaurants, and immersive culinary experiences. Moving to a larger venue allows us to welcome more guests while creating more opportunities to discover premium products, meet industry leaders, and experience the craftsmanship behind sushi and Japanese and Asian food culture.”

This year, the ticket options will be split into Full-Day Passes (11 a.m. – 5 p.m., $180) and Half-Day Passes (2 – 5 p.m., $120), and include unlimited tastings of premium seafood, including bluefin tuna, amberjack, salmon, sea bream, and sea urchin (uni), scallops, caviar, and other delicacies. The festival will also feature samples of Japanese A5 Wagyu, matcha, yuzu, wasabi, specialty seasonings, beverages, desserts, and other authentic Japanese offerings.

Like in years past, Sushi-Con 2026 will present its iconic 400+ pound Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show, this time offering two cutting demos at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. with the option to try freshly carved bluefin tuna afterward.

Guests will also be able to meet chefs, producers, importers, and culinary experts from around the world, shop Sushi-Con merchandise and retail shopping at select vendors, and get special offers from Noble Fresh Cart, including direct-to-door delivery of select exhibitor products.

Tickets go on sale on July 22 at 11 a.m. ET. To purchase tickets, visit www.sushicon.com/pages/ticket.
