Set against the backdrop of a city shaped by industry, migration and hope, this year’s showcase gathers award-winning New York City journalists, comedians, filmmakers, dancers and musicians for an evening of live storytelling that’s second to none.

About the Event

New York Story Fest 2026 is an inaugural festival dedicated to celebrating the best stories from across the city on one stage. It’s a night of intimacy, humor and surprise, as local reporters, artists and neighbors share stories about the city we call home.

Who You’ll Hear From

Journalists from WNYC, The City Reporter, Documented, Gothamist, Vox, Grist and more will take the stage — plus local artists and storytellers.

Nov. 20 at St. Ann & the Holy Trinity Church in Brooklyn.
