What’s about to happen with agents is not just lowering the friction. The friction goes to zero. These systems could file an essentially unlimited number of any one of these types of requests to government, and we have no systems on our side to handle it, because we still have a person who’s cutting and pasting into a spreadsheet and then typing out an email. I worry that it will overwhelm our systems.
