Suspects sought for pepper-spraying and slashing victim in Harlem assault

Cops are looking for two suspects who assaulted a man with pepper spray and slashed him in Harlem.

The NYPD is looking for a duo who assaulted a man in Harlem last weekend.

According to police, at 7:58 p.m. on May 31, a 47-year-old man was outside the Harlem Center, located at 125 West 125 St., when he was approached by two unknown individuals. A dispute broke out between the three, with one suspect pepper-spraying the victim while the other pulled out a sharp object and slashed the victim in the face and hand.

The suspects then fled the scene on foot headed eastbound on 125th Street to parts unknown. Paramedics brought the victim to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.

The NYPD released surveillance photos and video of the suspects.
