Sacramento, Calif. – DOCO (Downtown Commons) restaurants, retailers, and spa and beauty salons are offering a variety of special experiences to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend, May 9-10.

A sample of the featured offerings includes the following:

  • Cabana Club: For moms interested in a Palm Springs-inspired experience, Cabana Club will be open for lunch at 11 a.m. on Mother’s Day; offering bottomless mimosas for $15, bottomless spritzes for $20, and streaming Gilmore Girls. Walk-ins are welcome; no reservations are required.
  • Echo & Rig: Elevate Mother’s Day brunch at DOCO’s premier steakhouse with mouthwatering menu items such as smoked salmon, quiche, or a steakhouse scramble, among others. Centrally located on the main plaza, brunch is available all weekend from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are recommended and available here.Fizz Champagne & Bubbles Bar: Raise a glass to Mom with a complimentary mimosa followed by a thoughtfully curated brunch buffet featuring comfort classics and fresh seasonal favorites. Menu offerings include soft scrambled eggs, a Gruyère & herb frittata, brioche French toast bake, artisanal cheeses, and more. Space is limited; reservations are available here.
  • The Lash Lounge: Lash and beauty services make a perfect gift for Mom. Treat her to deals such as a $150 gift card for $130, a free Lash Detox Cleanser with the purchase of a Volume Full Set, or a buy three, get one free offer on ancillary services (including lash lift, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, or threading).
  • Lucky Gold: Moms love sparkles. The permanent jewelry shop offers gift ideas such as birthstone charms, initial charms, and customed engraving to personalize jewelry. Plus, on Mother’s Day, moms can enjoy complimentary mini bouquets and champagne (while supplies last).
  • Polanco Cantina: Celebrate moms at the festive and contemporary Mexican restaurant, complete with a beautiful deck overlooking the plaza. Polanco Cantina is serving up a complimentary glass of champagne for mothers, along with a specialty cocktail available exclusively on Mother’s Day. 
  • Kimpton Sawyer & Revival at The Sawyer: Make Mother’s Day memorable with a luxe buffet brunch, bottomless mimosas, and a vibrant atmosphere featuring live music from RIVVRS. Guests who upgrade can enjoy rooftop pool access, perfect for soaking up the sun and treating Mom to a mini spring getaway. Reservations for the Mother’s Day Brunch & Swim are available here.
  • Sandbox VR: Great for moms (or anyone) in the mood for fun and games, the world’s premier destination for immersive, location-based virtual reality experiences is offering 25% off Monday through Thursday until June 30. Reservations are required for the special offer and are available here.
  • The 7th Street Standard*: Located street-level inside the Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento, The 7th Street Standard is open for Mother’s Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Known for its farm-to-fork dining, the restaurant will offer a special supplemental menu in addition to its regular brunch offerings.   • Trü Encompass Beauty: DOCO’s luxury spa and salon is offering a special Mom’s Escape Package, which includes a 60-minute massage, 60-minute facial, and a scalp or foot treatment for $299 (or upgrade to a Deluxe HydraFacial for $399), along with champagne or tea and chocolate to enhance the experience.   • Willow Restaurant & Bar*: Located inside The Exchange Sacramento adjacent to DOCO, Willow offers an intimate setting with plush velvet couches and eclectic décor. DOCO is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in the heart of downtown Sacramento. Convenient parking is available in DOCO’s central garage with an entrance on J Street between 4th & 5th Streets. Parking validation is available at most DOCO tenants with a purchase. The elevators and escalators take guests up to the plaza’s main level and second level terrace near many of the restaurants, eateries, and retail tenants.
