The NYPD is looking for a suspect who assaulted a 75-year-old man on a Midtown street.
According to police, at 6:28 a.m. on July 30, the victim was walking in front of 541 Lexington Ave. when he was approached by an unknown man. The suspect proceeded to punch the victim in the face with a closed fist.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot, traveling southbound on Lexington Avenue toward East 49 Street.
The victim suffered a fractured orbital and was taken by paramedics NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
The NYPD released photos of the suspect, who was last seen as a man with a dark complexion who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black pants, and black shoes.
